
Growing up in Whitby, Ontario, Canada, Dylan played as many sports as possible in his youth.
Excelling in hockey and football, he was recruited to play football at Bishop’s University where he earned his BA in Political Studies and Business while playing for the Gaiters.
Following Bishop’s, he did his post-graduate studies in sports marketing at George Brown College where he was a Dean’s List student.
His experiences include working with brands and events for companies like Nike, Telus, Rogers, RBC, and Goodlife Fitness.
He founded Mercer Street in order to help other athletes fulfill their dreams of climbing to the professional level of their sports, while staying involved in the sports he grew up playing.

A registered contract advisor with the CFLPA. Dylan has an excellent understanding of the Canadian game and all the rules governing CFL Standard Player Contracts, giving athletes the best information available to maximize their individual financial compensation.
Public Relations
PR experience has provided relationships with an assortment of media professionals to help field interview requests and other media bookings.
Marketing
With a thorough understanding of the sponsorship landscape and its stakeholders. Dylan looks for for athletes to be matched with premium brands in mutually beneficial partnerships.
Athlete Development and Draft Preparation
A former varsity athlete and NCCP certified coach, Dylan works with each athlete to connect them with strength coaches and/or nutritionists to prepare them for the rigors of a professional career.
